Job Description

The Group Head – Influencer Marketing will lead multiple verticals within the influencer marketing division, driving strategy, execution, and client success. This is a leadership role responsible for managing large-scale client portfolios, overseeing multiple teams, ensuring revenue growth, and positioning the company as a market leader in influencer-driven campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge, a strong network of creators and brands, and proven experience in delivering impactful campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute the overall influencer marketing strategy for the assigned group of brands and business verticals.
  • Develop innovative campaign concepts, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and current trends.
  • Foster cross-department collaboration between Sales, Planning & Strategy, Creator Procurement, and Campaign Management.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Oversee key enterprise-level client accounts, ensuring long-term retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Act as the senior point of contact for escalations, high-level presentations, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Build trusted partnerships with brand stakeholders and decision-makers.

3. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and mentor a team of Managers, Senior Managers, and Executives across multiple functions.
  • Set KPIs for teams and ensure delivery against revenue, quality, and client satisfaction metrics.
  • Drive capability building within the team through training and process improvements.

4. Revenue Growth & P&L Ownership

  • Own the P&L for the assigned group, meeting and exceeding quarterly revenue targets.
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, and new business acquisition.
  • Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and profitability of campaigns.

5. Market Intelligence & Innovation

  • Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, emerging platforms, and content formats.
  • Leverage data and insights to recommend optimizations for campaign performance.
  • Build strong relationships with top influencers, agencies, and platform partners.
