By offering a comprehensive range of services, we have a holistic view of online and offline business strategies, aiming to boost our clients" online presence and generate more sales through advertising on popular platforms. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide Performance Campaign recommendations and effective problem-solving internally and externally while maintaining strong client relationships. - Prepare and execute media campaigns and other deliverables. - Lead strategically a book of business comprising multiple clients. - Manage day-to-day planning, analysis, and execution while fostering relationships with media vendors, clients, and partner agencies. - Strategically bid and oversee budget management. - Enhance and optimize campaigns. - Evaluate best practices in Search, mobile, or display and provide training to juniors. - Strategize and review Digital Performance with the media team on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. - Identify cross-selling opportunities and support business teams in converting them. - Assist in new business pitches. - Manage P&L, receivables, and contract status for clients. - Forecast market needs and plan product launches and campaigns. - Keep updated on new technologies and developments in Digital marketing. - Analyze competition and recommend/implement changes to gain a competitive edge. - Serve as the single point of contact for client queries and escalations. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong relationship management skills with internal clients. - Excellent project management leadership abilities, coordinating multiple projects under pressure. - Identify, develop, and implement process improvements. - Proficient presentation skills to influence management through clear discussions. - Solid understanding of marketing principles, advertising, media concepts, and terms. - Ability to prioritize, multitask, work successfully with teams, and manage time effectively. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. - Critical thinker capable of presenting complex concepts and data results effectively. - Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
