Job Responsibility:

Provides Performance Campaign recommendations and offers resourceful problem-solving, both internally and externally, while maintaining successful client relationships. S/he prepares and executes media campaign and other deliverables.

This position will have responsibility to manage day-to-day planning, analysis, execution while maintaining strong relationships with media vendors, clients and partner agencies. The responsibilities are many, various, and not limited to those written in this document. These responsibilities must be directed continuously toward maintaining exceptional service to the client and providing timely deliverables, i.e., Performance Campaign, Media Plans, Point-of-Views (POVs), and related media analyses

Job Responsibilities includes

• Lead strategically the book of business consisting of multiple clients
• Strategic bidding & budget management oversight
• Campaign enhancement and optimization
• Evaluate best practices implemented in Search, mobile or display by the teams on the various accounts and provide training to the juniors on the same
• Provide strategy & review the Digital Performance with Media team at a monthly, Quarterly and Yearly level
• Identify opportunities for cross/Up sell across their set of clients and help business teams in converting them
• Assist with new business pitches
• Manage the P&L, receivables, contract status for the set of clients
• Forecast market needs, planning product launches and campaigns
• Reviewing the new technologies and keep updated on developments in Digital marketing
• Study competition and recommend /implement changes to gain edge above competition
• An expert in running Online Marketing campaigns, specializing in Pay Per Click (PPC), Product Marketing, Display Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Programmatic & Mobile
• SPOC for client queries & escalations
