Role Summary:

Group Head – Art

You will be responsible for creative development, mentoring a team of juniors, and delivering impactful campaigns for some of our marquee clients.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead the ideation and execution of integrated visual campaigns across

  integrated platforms

  – ATL and digital.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategy, and account management teams
• Translate briefs into compelling, visually rich communication pieces
• Manage and mentor junior art/design team members
• Ensure brand consistency, visual excellence, and adherence to deadlines across all deliverables
• Present ideas confidently to internal stakeholders and clients
• Stay up to date with design trends, technology, and creative tools

Professional Skills:

• 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in

  integrated advertising/design

  roles within

  mainline or digital agencies

• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity across multiple platforms
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling
• Excellent communication and team management skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• A passion for great design and a deep understanding of how to connect with audiences through visual language
