Group Head - Art

As a Group Head - Art at Dentsu Creative, you will play a crucial role in executing creative concepts alongside the copy partner under the guidance of the Creative Director. With 5-7 years of experience, you will need to possess a strong background in ad designing and visualization across various digital, social, and integrated platforms. Your expertise should encompass a diverse range of design styles and capabilities, enabling you to quickly conceptualize ideas and translate them into impactful visuals. Your responsibilities will include identifying and nurturing creative thinking to develop big ideas that resonate with clients. You will be expected to stay abreast of the latest design trends, web standards, and industry concepts, ensuring that your creative output reflects the brand's tone and positioning effectively. Additionally, you will be tasked with leading and motivating the design team, providing guidance, and fostering their professional development. To excel in this role, you must demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and possess strong conceptual thinking, typography, and design skills. Effective communication and presentation abilities are essential as you will be liaising with clients, managing a team of 10-12 individuals, and handling crisis management scenarios. Your role will also involve conducting trainings, mentoring team members, and presenting designs that showcase a unique vision for the brand. A Bachelor's degree or diploma from a reputable design school would be advantageous, while a solid grasp of hard skills such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Midjourney, and AI is essential for success in this position.
