Group Finance Manager

Job Title: Group Finance Manager Location: Thrissur, Kerala Job Type: Full-Time Experience: Minimum 8–10 years (with at least 3 years in a group-level finance leadership role) Language Requirement: Fluency in Malayalam and English Preferred Candidates: Malayalee candidates only Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Group Finance Manager to oversee and manage the financial health of our group of companies. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and reporting across multiple business units. Note: Due to communication and coordination needs across regional offices, Malayalee candidates are preferred. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and consolidate financial operations across multiple subsidiaries or business units. Ensure timely preparation and accuracy of consolidated financial statements. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes. Implement internal financial controls and policies to safeguard group assets. Liaise with auditors, banks, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities. Monitor and report on the financial performance of each business unit. Ensure statutory compliance and timely filing of tax returns, audits, and other financial reports. Evaluate investment opportunities and support business expansion plans. Manage treasury operations, working capital, and group cash flow efficiently. Lead, mentor, and develop finance teams across the group. Qualifications & Requirements: CA / CPA / CMA / MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification. Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a group finance leadership role. Strong understanding of taxation laws, and corporate finance principles. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Malayalam and English. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Willingness to travel to group company locations as needed.
