Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for a Ground Mount Project Manager. The Ground Mount Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all stages of ground-mounted solar projects. Key responsibilities include project planning, scheduling, and monitoring to ensure on-time delivery, vendor management and expediting, and conducting inspections to maintain quality standards. The role will also involve ensuring efficient logistics management and adherence to safety regulations for smooth execution of projects.

Qualifications

Experience in expediting and working as an expeditor to ensure the timely delivery of materials and supplies.
Proficient in Project Management with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee large-scale solar projects.
Knowledge in performing inspections to meet quality standards and ensure adherence to project specifications.
Expertise in Logistics Management, ensuring the smooth and efficient transportation and delivery of materials.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills to manage project teams effectively.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with solar energy systems, construction processes, and compliance regulations is a plus.
Ability to work on-site in Surat and travel occasionally as required by project needs.
