👉 Role: Manage and compile documentation for IGBC, GRIHA, LEED, WELL certifications.

👉 Collaborate with project teams, consultants & certifying authorities.

What we’re looking for:

✅ Bachelor’s in Architecture / Civil / Environmental Engg. / Sustainability

✅ 2–5 yrs experience in Green Building Documentation

✅ Knowledge of sustainable practices, materials & energy efficiency

✅ Proficiency in MS Office (AutoCAD/Revit is a plus)

✅ Certifications (LEED AP, IGBC AP, GRIHA CP, etc.) are preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, coordinate, and maintain documentation for green building certifications (IGBC/GRIHA/LEED/WELL).
• Collaborate with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and sustainability leads to gather required data and evidence.
• Track project progress against certification requirements and maintain compliance checklists.
• Prepare credit templates, calculations, and narratives as per certification guidelines.
• Conduct internal reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of submissions.
• Liaise with certification bodies and respond to review comments/queries.
• Support sustainability reporting and audits as required.
