Green Building Documentation Specialist

We are seeking 2-4yrs experienced, detail-oriented and motivated Green Building Documentation Specialist to support our sustainability and certification projects(Real Estate). The role involves preparing, compiling, and managing documentation required for green building certifications (IGBC, GRIHA, LEED, WELL, or equivalent). The candidate will work closely with project teams, consultants, and certifying authorities to ensure compliance with sustainability standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, coordinate, and maintain documentation for green building certifications (IGBC/GRIHA/LEED/WELL).
• Collaborate with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and sustainability leads to gather required data and evidence.
• Track project progress against certification requirements and maintain compliance checklists.
• Prepare credit templates, calculations, and narratives as per certification guidelines.
• Conduct internal reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of submissions.
• Liaise with certification bodies and respond to review comments/queries.
• Support sustainability reporting and audits as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Civil / Environmental Engineering / Sustainability or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in green building certification documentation (IGBC/GRIHA/LEED/WELL).
• Knowledge of sustainable building practices, materials, and energy efficiency strategies.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); exposure to AutoCAD/Revit is a plus.
• Certification (LEED AP, IGBC AP, GRIHA CP, etc.) preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
