Welcome and attend to walk-in clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.

Maintain the front-office and reception area with a high standard of presentation.

Coordinate client appointments, site visits, and meeting schedules for the sales team.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer queries effectively.

Ensure hospitality arrangements (refreshments, lounge readiness, etc.) for clients and VIP visitors.

Maintain client interaction records and share daily reports with the management.

Assist the sales team in documentation and client follow-up when required.

Coordinate with housekeeping, admin, and facility teams for smooth operations.

Collect and share client feedback to improve customer experience.

Support in organizing marketing events, client meetings, and property tours.

Requirements
BachelorDegree in any discipline (Hospitality or Business preferred).
25 years of experience as a GRE / Front Office Executive / Customer Relations Executive.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Tamil added advantage).
Pleasing personality with a professional attitude and grooming.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
