Job Title: GRC Analyst (1-3 Years Experience)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a sharp and motivated GRC Analyst to join our squad and help us keep our security and compliance game strong. You’ll be the go-to person for managing risk, ensuring we’re audit-ready, and keeping up with industry regs. If you’re all about balancing security, compliance, and business goals while staying ahead of the curve, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and help mitigate risks—think of it as playing defense for our org’s security.
• Compliance Checks: Make sure we’re hitting all the right marks with frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, or SOC 2. No compliance gaps allowed.
• Audit Support: Prep for audits, gather evidence, and work with teams to fix findings. Basically, you’re the reason we pass with flying colors.
• Policy Guru: Help draft and update security policies so they’re actually useful (not just shelf decor).
• Vendor Vetting: Assess third-party risks because not everyone gets a free pass to our data.
• Security Awareness: Work with teams to level up their security know-how—phishing drills, training, the whole deal.
• Stay Updated: Keep tabs on new regs and threats so we’re never caught off guard.

What You Bring:

• 1-3 years in GRC, risk management, or compliance (cybersecurity or IT audit experience is a plus).
• Know Your Frameworks: Hands-on with at least one major compliance standard (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
• Analytical Skills: You can spot risks and trends like a pro—no guesswork here.
• Communication Game Strong: Break down complex compliance stuff into plain language for the team.
• Certifications? Nice-to-Have: Sec+, CISA, CRISC, or similar certs show you’re serious.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiar with GRC tools (like RSA Archer, MetricStream) or audit management software.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
