Job Overview

We’re seeking a UI/UX & Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of experience in both visual storytelling and interface design. The ideal candidate should possess a creative vision, a strong grasp of brand communication, and the ability to craft engaging social media visuals and intuitive user experiences. You'll collaborate closely with content strategists, developers, and UX stakeholders to deliver cohesive, user-centric designs.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design:

-Create visually compelling creatives for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

-Develop static visuals, carousels, infographics, motion graphics, and thumbnails.

-Adapt designs to various formats while maintaining brand consistency.

-Ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines and messaging.

UI/UX Design:

-Gather and evaluate user requirements through collaboration with internal teams.

-Sketch design ideas using storyboards, process flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes.

-Design interface elements such as navigation menus, buttons, forms, and widgets.

-Build mockups and prototypes that reflect both function and aesthetics.

-Conduct usability testing and refine layouts based on feedback.

-Work closely with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure designs are user-friendly and visually appealing.

Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

-2–3 years of professional experience in UI/UX and graphic design.

-A strong portfolio demonstrating social media creatives and UI/UX projects.

-Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and UI tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.

-Expertise in typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

-Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

-Excellent communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

-Work experience in healthcare, wellness, or B2B service industries.

-Motion design or basic animation abilities (e.g., After Effects).

-Understanding of how design influences social media engagement and KPIs.
