About Us:

GVMC Global is an India-based end-to-end migration, recruitment, and visa solutions company helping blue-collar and white-collar talent relocate to Europe. We power high-volume international hiring, compliance, training, and digital products for workforce mobility. We’re expanding our in-house creative team to strengthen our brand, product design, and marketing assets across India, EU, and MENA.


Role Overview:

We are looking for a Graphic + UI/UX Designer who can design compelling visual content and craft intuitive user experiences for our websites, landing pages, dashboards, and marketing assets.

If you also have basic video editing and motion graphics skills, that’s a big plus. You’ll work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to build a cohesive design identity across all GVMC Global brands.


Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

  • Create social media creatives, brand campaigns, flyers, brochures, and pitch decks.
  • Design marketing visuals for EU job roles, visa processes, case studies, and recruitment funnels.
  • Maintain and evolve GVMC’s visual identity across platforms.


UI/UX Capabilities

  • Design clean, modern, conversion-focused UI for websites, landing pages, and internal dashboards.
  • Build user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes (Framer, Figma preferred).
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation.


Brand & Creative Strategy

  • Translate briefs into strong, consistent visual concepts.
  • Work with leadership to refine the design language for all GVMC sub-brands (WFDM, MDFOA, DMN Construction, AutoMoto, etc.)
  • Maintain asset libraries and brand guidelines.


Video Editing (Bonus)

  • Edit short-form videos for reels/ads.
  • Create motion graphics or animated explainers for recruitment processes or brand storytelling.


Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in graphic design and UI/UX.
  • Strong proficiency in

    Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop

    (Premiere Pro/After Effects is a plus).
  • Portfolio showing both

    visual design

    and

    interface design

    work.
  • Ability to convert rough ideas into polished final visuals.
  • Good understanding of layouts, typography, colors, and responsive design.
  • Familiarity with Framer / Webflow is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle fast-paced creative cycles and quick turnarounds.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.


Strong Plus Points:

  • Experience with video editing, motion graphics, or animations.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment, migration, or HR-tech domains.
  • Ability to create 3D or isometric visuals (optional).
