About the Role
We’re looking for a versatile, imaginative, and detail-obsessed Graphic Designer to bring bold ideas to life across digital, print, and brand experiences. You’ll collaborate with marketing, content, and program teams to design assets that inspire, engage, and drive impact — from social media campaigns to research publications and event branding.
What You’ll Do
Creative Design & Execution
Conceptualize and produce high-quality designs for digital campaigns, social media, email marketing, websites, presentations, and print materials.
Transform briefs into visually compelling assets that clearly communicate the intended message and brand identity.
Adapt and resize assets for multiple platforms while maintaining visual integrity and brand consistency.
Brand & Campaign Development
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop consistent visual styles for campaigns, events, and publications.
Contribute fresh, innovative design ideas during brainstorming and strategy sessions.
Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and elevate the company’s visual presence.
Production & Delivery
Prepare artwork for both digital deployment and print production with pixel-perfect accuracy.
Design and format complex documents including academic research reports, whitepapers, briefs, and newsletters.
Deliver creative assets within tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Trend Awareness & Innovation
Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and platform-specific best practices — especially for Instagram and other social media channels.
Explore creative formats that improve audience engagement and brand storytelling.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
3–5 years of professional design experience, ideally across both digital and print formats.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva.
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding principles.
Experience producing:
Social media creatives (static posts, carousels, short-form video snippets)
Event collateral (posters, banners, on-ground branding)
Publication design (research reports, whitepapers, briefs, newsletters)
Web page designs and presentation decks
Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.
Bonus Points For
Basic motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Reels creation).
UI/UX design experience (Figma proficiency preferred).
Photography or illustration abilities.
A strong sense of social media design trends, especially Instagram aesthetics and engagement strategies.
