Graphic Designer / Visual Design Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the

  visual design strategy

  across all marketing, branding, and communication initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end

  design projects

  — from concept development to final delivery — ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate closely with

  cross-functional teams

  including Marketing, Product, UI/UX, and Development to deliver cohesive and impactful visual solutions.
• Provide

  creative direction and mentorship

  to junior designers, maintaining design quality, consistency, and innovation.
• Translate business and communication goals into

  compelling visual storytelling

  for digital and print platforms.
• Ensure all design deliverables meet

  high standards of quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.

• Stay informed of emerging

  design trends, tools, and technologies

  , integrating innovative approaches into brand design.
• Coordinate with

  external vendors, agencies, and freelancers

  for specialized creative requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in

  Adobe Creative Suite

  (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of

  branding, visual hierarchy, color theory, and typography.

• Proven experience in both

  digital media

  (social media, websites, apps) and

  print media

  (brochures, reports, standees).
• Excellent

  project management and multitasking skills

  in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Working knowledge of

  motion graphics, animation, or video editing

  is an advantage.
• Familiarity with

  UI/UX design tools

  (Figma, Sketch) is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Strong leadership ability with experience mentoring and reviewing the work of design team members.

Preferred Experience

• 4–7 years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, or creative direction roles.
• Experience working in

  agency environments

  or cross-functional teams is a plus.
• A strong

  portfolio

  demonstrating creativity, versatility, and brand storytelling capabilities
