Job Overview We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Visual Design Lead to drive the visual identity and design excellence across all company branding and marketing initiatives. This role requires a strong blend of creativity, leadership, and strategic thinking to ensure our brand visuals consistently engage, inspire, and communicate effectively across all platforms. Key Responsibilities Lead the visual design strategy across all marketing, branding, and communication initiatives. Manage end-to-end design projects — from concept development to final delivery — ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, UI/UX, and Development to deliver cohesive and impactful visual solutions. Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers, maintaining design quality, consistency, and innovation. Translate business and communication goals into compelling visual storytelling for digital and print platforms. Ensure all design deliverables meet high standards of quality, accuracy, and timely delivery. Stay informed of emerging design trends, tools, and technologies , integrating innovative approaches into brand design. Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers for specialized creative requirements. Skills & Qualifications Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects). Strong understanding of branding, visual hierarchy, color theory, and typography. Proven experience in both digital media (social media, websites, apps) and print media (brochures, reports, standees).
