Key Responsibilities
Edit raw footage into engaging narratives for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, and LinkedIn shorts, incorporating music, captions, transitions, motion graphics, and CTAs. Review marketing briefs, implement feedback from stakeholders, ensure brand consistency, and optimize videos for performance metrics like retention and shares. Organize assets, export in multiple formats, and stay updated on trends like vertical video for mobile audiences.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, plus color grading, sound design, and basic animation. Understanding of digital marketing KPIs, storytelling for conversions, and platform algorithms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads). Creativity, attention to detail, ability to handle tight deadlines, and collaboration with content/SEO teams.
Qualifications
4+ years in video editing, ideally for marketing or social media, with a strong portfolio of promotional content. Degree in film, media, or marketing preferred; certifications in Adobe tools or Google Analytics beneficial. For Bengaluru firms, experience with local trends like HSR Layout-targeted visuals adds value
