Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality graphic designs for 

  packaging, labels, brand identity, marketing collaterals, product brochures, social media, and exhibitions

  .
• Create artwork concepts based on product briefs and marketing requirements.
• Prepare and update print-ready files, ensuring accuracy of dimensions, colours, and technical specifications.
• Review and approve artwork layouts in coordination with the marketing, NPD, and production teams.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all platforms.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept development to final output.
• Liaise with external agencies, printers, and vendors for proofing, colour matching, and final production.
• Maintain organised design archives, version control, and artwork documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, packaging innovations, and industry software/tools.
• Ensure timely delivery of designs while upholding high-quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in FMCG, cosmetics, or packaging design.
• Strong creative flair with the ability to think visually and conceptually.
• Excellent portfolio showcasing packaging, branding, and print design work.
• Proficiency in design software such as 

  Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign

   (knowledge of CorelDRAW and other tools is a plus).
• Strong understanding of printing processes, colour theory, typography, and layout design.
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management skills.
