About the Role

The Rising Bloom Foundation is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong skills in visual storytelling, social media content creation, video editing, and basic photography/videography.
The candidate will play a key role in building the organization’s digital presence and creating impactful visuals for awareness campaigns, events, workshops, and social initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Creative & Design Work

• Design posters, banners, brochures, presentations, social media posts, and digital campaign materials
• Develop visually appealing concepts for women empowerment, cleanliness awareness, health programs, environmental campaigns, etc.
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs and communication

Social Media Management

• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Plan monthly content, create engaging graphics, and increase reach organically
• Write short captions and content for posts, reels, and awareness activities

Video Editing & Production

• Shoot and edit videos for events, field visits, workshops, and programs
• Create short reels, awareness videos, and promotional clips
• Add transitions, subtitles, and music to make videos engaging

Photography & Videography

• Capture high-quality photos/videos during field activities
• Understand angles, framing, lighting, and storytelling shots

Content & Project Support

• Maintain digital files, design folders, and content calendars
• Support in preparing presentations, reports, and donor pitch decks
• Work independently and deliver designs within deadlines

Eligibility

• 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic designing
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design / Mass Communication / Fine Arts / Related Field (preferred)
• Strong portfolio of social media creatives, posters, videos, branding work
• Experience in NGO/social sector — added advantage

Key Skills Required

• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects
• Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography & branding
• Video shooting & editing skills (basic to advanced)
• Creative storytelling ability for NGO campaigns
• Strong communication & time-management skills
• Ability to work independently
