Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated female Program Manager to lead, plan, and oversee our development projects in Vrindavan (Mathura). The ideal candidate will have strong project management, leadership, and communication skills with a passion for social welfare and community development. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement detailed project plans aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives. Lead and manage project teams, volunteers, and field staff to ensure smooth execution. Coordinate and maintain relationships with donors, partners, and government bodies. Ensure timely reporting, monitoring, evaluation, and compliance for all ongoing projects. Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure proper fund utilization. Identify potential risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure project sustainability. Support documentation, IEC activities, and awareness campaigns as required. Represent the organization in meetings, events, and stakeholder discussions.
