Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 + Incentives

The Public Relations & Fundraising Coordinator will serve as the key representative of The Rising Bloom Foundation, responsible for presenting the organisation at various events, building strong donor relationships, conducting awareness sessions, and strengthening fundraising initiatives.
This role is ideal for a confident, experienced woman with excellent communication skills and a passion for social impact.

Eligibility

• Minimum Graduation in any stream
• Preferred: Social Work / Humanities / Mass Communication
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in PR, fundraising, NGO programs, community engagement or outreach
• Strong Hindi communication; English preferred
• Confident personality with strong public speaking ability
• Willingness to travel locally for meetings, events & donor outreach
• Must relocate to Vrindavan (Accommodation + Food provided)

Roles & ResponsibilitiesA. Public Relations & Representation

• Present the NGO’s mission, vision and programs at events, schools, corporates & community platforms
• Build strong visibility of the organisation in public forums
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners & volunteers

B. Fundraising & Donor Engagement

• Identify and approach potential donors, corporates & individuals
• Conduct donation drives and fundraising campaigns
• Maintain donor database, receipts, acknowledgements & follow-ups
• Ensure transparency and proper communication with supporters

C. Awareness & Community Sessions

• Conduct awareness programs on women empowerment, cleanliness, health & education
• Engage with women groups, schools, youth and communities
• Support field outreach, community meetings & mobilisation activities

D. Documentation & Coordination

• Maintain proper reports, documentation and event records
• Support media coordination, basic PR communication & outreach content
• Assist in organising NGO events, health camps, awareness drives & social activities
