Public Relations & Fundraising Coordinator

As the Public Relations & Fundraising Coordinator at The Rising Bloom Foundation, your role will be crucial in representing the organization at various events, building strong donor relationships, conducting awareness sessions, and enhancing fundraising initiatives. Your confident and experienced persona, coupled with excellent communication skills and a passion for social impact, will make you an ideal fit for this position. **Key Responsibilities:** - Present the NGO's mission, vision, and programs at events, schools, corporates, and community platforms - Build strong visibility of the organization in public forums - Maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and volunteers - Identify and approach potential donors, corporates, and individuals - Conduct donation drives and fundraising campaigns - Maintain donor database, receipts, acknowledgements, and follow-ups - Conduct awareness programs on women empowerment, cleanliness, health, and education - Engage with women groups, schools, youth, and communities - Maintain proper reports, documentation, and event records - Support media coordination, basic PR communication, and outreach content - Assist in organizing NGO events, health camps, awareness drives, and social activities **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum Graduation in any stream - Preferred: Social Work, Humanities, Mass Communication - Minimum 2-4 years of experience in PR, fundraising, NGO programs, community engagement, or outreach - Strong Hindi communication skills; English proficiency preferred - Confident personality with strong public speaking ability - Willingness to travel locally for meetings, events, and donor outreach At The Rising Bloom Foundation, you will be provided with safe and comfortable accommodation along with food, as the organization values your contribution towards social impact.
