Key Responsibilities:

Design Ownership
: Design all marketing creatives including reels, stories, carousels, quote cards, workshop banners, YouTube thumbnails, lead magnets, etc.
Social Media Content
: Write captions, posts, and call-to-actions with brand-aligned voice and spiritual depth
Brand Visual Identity
: Maintain consistency in typography, color palette, and brand templates
Calendar Management
: Plan and execute weekly/monthly social content calendar with the marketing team
Campaign Collaboration
: Work closely with Sales and Consulting teams for product promotions
Engagement Reporting
: Analyze which creatives are performing best and adapt based on insights

Desired Profile:

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Canva
Strong writing skills (English a must, Hindi a plus)
Good aesthetic sense for soulful design
Prior experience in wellness, coaching, or spiritual branding a strong advantage
Video editing and motion design basics are a bonus
