Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute client workshops
• Interface with clients to discover their business challenges
• Perform quantitative and observational data analyses
• Create and present client recommendations

Key Responsibilities:

• Consultation Calls

  : Conduct meaningful discovery calls, actively listen, and match clients to appropriate services

• Sales with Soul

  : Guide seekers ethically toward paid programs such as The Kali Code, Automatic Writing, Akashic Records, Healing Sessions

• Client Relationships

  : Build long-term spiritual client journeys, follow-up, nurture and retain

• Revenue Ownership

  : Meet weekly/monthly targets for workshop enrollments and sessions booked

• CRM Maintenance

  : Update Zoho CRM with every call, consultation notes, lead status, and next steps

Qualifications

• Psychology / Counselling background (M.A. / B.A. required)
• Strong communicator with empathy and listening skills
• Prior experience in spiritual/mental health consulting is highly valued
• Comfortable working with sales goals while holding space compassionately
