About Roundglass Foundation

Roundglass Foundation has been working in Punjab since 2018, creating global models for social change by engaging with communities. It is committed to improving the lives of children, youth, women, and the environment by making significant social, cultural, and economic investments in three thematic areas—environment and sustainability, youth development, and women's empowerment. About the Role:

Roundglass Foundation is looking for a graphic designer to design all our social media content. This role involves coordinating on-ground campaign logistics, supporting event planning and execution, and ensuring smooth day-to-day marketing workflows. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing timelines, juggling multiple priorities, and bringing creative ideas to life. Experience in visual communication /graphic design is necessary.

What you’ll do:

• Create Graphics for social media and videos
• Create infographics, carousels and designed image post.
• Coordinate logistics for field activations, campaign rollouts, and program launches.
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to track timelines and deliverables.
• Support the development of campaign assets including posters, event materials, and presentations.
• Help organize marketing data, reports, and internal documentation.
• Provide creative input and graphic design support
• Ensure brand consistency across event and campaign touchpoints.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, event coordination, or campaign support.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with digital graphic design software
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Creative mindset and interest in design, even if self-taught.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for on-ground support.
• Passion for social impact and grassroots storytelling.
