Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Design & Branding
• Develop visual concepts and designs for print and digital platforms (brochures, posters, banners, social media posts, newsletters, etc.).
• Ensure all visuals are consistent with the Kanakia Group of Schools’ brand guidelines.
• Support the design and development of branding materials for new initiatives and campaigns.
• Digital Media & Marketing Support
• Create graphics, infographics, and digital assets for social media, website, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design engaging content for online promotions and school events.
• Edit photos and videos for digital campaigns and internal communication.
• Event & Internal Collaterals
• Design invitations, certificates, backdrops, standees, and other visuals for school events and functions.
• Coordinate with the admin and event teams to ensure timely delivery of all design materials.
• Coordination & Execution
• Work closely with printers, vendors, and external agencies to ensure high-quality output.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices in education marketing.
  

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in graphic design, preferably in an educational or corporate environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.).
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
