Graphic Designer / UI-UX Designer (Prvnt)

About Prvnt

Prvnt is building tech-first preventive health & longevity experiences. You’ll shape how people discover insights about their health—from product flows and dashboards to the brand visuals they meet on day one.

The role

60% Product UI/UX, 40% Brand/Graphic Design

What you’ll do

Lead the
end-to-end product design
process: research → user flows → wireframes → high-fidelity UI → interactive prototypes.
Create clean, accessible
design systems
and UI libraries in Figma.
Partner with founders, clinicians, product, and engineering to
ship fast
, run experiments, and iterate from feedback.
Design
marketing assets
: landing pages, social creatives, decks, emails, basic motion.
Run
usability tests
, synthesize insights, and refine flows for conversion, activation, and retention.
Maintain brand consistency across touchpoints, from product to campaigns.

Must-haves

2–6 years in product UI/UX + visual/brand design (startups or fast-paced teams a plus).
A
portfolio
with at least 2 case studies showing process, decisions, and shipped impact.
Figma
fluency (Auto-layout, variants, tokens, prototyping).
Strong visual craft: typography, spacing, color, iconography, data-viz basics.
Ability to write clear
microcopy
and present design decisions crisply.
Comfortable with rapid iteration, feedback, and ambiguity.

Nice-to-haves

Healthtech/wellness or dashboard/data-heavy UI experience.
Motion/interaction (After Effects/Lottie), illustration or icon design.
Webflow / basic HTML-CSS familiarity.
A11y awareness (WCAG), and a habit of testing with real users.
Comfort with metrics tools (e.g., GA/Mixpanel/Hotjar) for insight-driven iteration.
