Role Description

full-time, on-site Graphic Designer + Social Media Manager

The role involves creating powerful visual communication, managing brand presence across platforms, and ensuring cohesive storytelling for clients across diverse industries. Responsibilities include:

• Designing clean, timeless graphics for digital and print
• Shooting, editing, and conceptualizing reels with strong storytelling
• Managing content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and X
• Developing brand identity assets and visual guidelines
• Coordinating with strategy, web, and consulting teams for integrated campaigns
• Maintaining consistent brand tone and visual quality
• Monitoring trends and optimizing content for reach, engagement, and growth
• Ensuring timely delivery of all design and social media projects

This role suits someone who respects traditional design fundamentals while confidently experimenting with modern creative formats.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in

  Graphic Design

  and

  Social Media Content Creation

• Expertise in tools such as

  Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, CapCut, and Canva

• Excellent understanding of

  visual storytelling

  , aesthetics, and brand-building
• Ability to shoot and edit reels creatively
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Experience in managing social media pages and executing content strategies
• Knowledge of digital trends, analytics, and platform best-practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Mass Media, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Past experience with creative agencies or branding projects is a plus.
