Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer with expertise in visual communication, multimedia animation, and web design to support our architectural and urban planning projects. This role bridges design with technical architecture, producing brochures, presentations, animations, and digital content for global outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Design professional brochures, project reports, and presentations.
• Create infographics, line art, and vector graphics from architectural drawings and 3D models.
• Develop multimedia animations, motion graphics, and short videos for projects.
• Design and manage firm’s website with updated content and branding.
• Collaborate with architects and planners in the office to visually interpret complex masterplans and urban data.
• Support branding, marketing, and business development communication globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Exposure to Architecture, Urban Design, or Planning is an added advantage.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, or Revit for extracting visuals.
• Strong skills in multimedia animation and motion graphics.
• Experience in website design & management (WordPress, Webflow, or CMS platforms).
• Ability to create interactive layouts and presentations for global clients.
• Knowledge of GIS-based visualization tools (preferred).

Professional Skills

• Strong aesthetic sense in typography, layouts, and branding.
• Ability to communicate architectural concepts visually for diverse audiences.
• Experience in real estate, architecture, or planning sector preferred.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and project management skills.

Experience

• 2–4 years (junior/mid-level) or 5+ years (senior) in professional design.
• Portfolio showcasing architecture-related design, multimedia, and corporate branding work.
