Role Description We’re looking for a Graphic Design Consultant to join our team full-time in Delhi, India. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping visual communication for our clients and internal projects. From designing brand identities to creating campaign visuals, your work will directly contribute to impactful storytelling. Key Responsibilities Create high-quality, timely design deliverables based on client briefs Maintain a “client-first” mindset — always striving to deliver what’s best for their goals and brand Ensure accuracy and attention to detail across all deliverables, in line with project requirements Collaborate on in-house projects to strengthen internal communication and workflow Work full-time and be available during regular business hours Qualifications 4-5 years of professional design experience Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Strong portfolio showcasing original, creative, and impactful work Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with a creative team A degree (completed or in progress) in Graphic Design or a related field Nice to Have Experience working with social impact organizations or purpose-led brands Familiarity with digital campaign workflows and visual storytelling for social media Show more Show less
