Job Description

Key Responsibilities Design & develop engaging creatives for: Social media campaigns, reels, and paid ads Brochures, flyers, hoardings, and print collaterals Website banners, landing pages, and emailers Presentations, pitch decks, event branding Create & edit short-form and long-form videos for campaigns, YouTube, and social media. Produce motion graphics, GIFs, and animated creatives. Collaborate with the marketing & content team to deliver visually compelling brand communication. Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all platforms. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Required Skills & Expertise Design Tools & Software Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro Figma / Adobe XD (UI/UX basics) Canva (for quick edits) CorelDRAW (added advantage for print/packaging) Knowledge of Blender / 3D tools (plus point, not mandatory) Video Editing & Motion Skills Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro (or equivalent) Strong experience in editing reels, shorts, and promotional videos Knowledge of color grading, transitions, audio syncing, and subtitles Ability to create motion graphics, animations, intro/outro sequences Understanding of storyboarding, pacing, and visual storytelling Familiarity with social media video formats and ad specifications Creative & Marketing Skills Strong understanding of visual aesthetics, typography, and color theory Ability to design for both digital & print Experience with branding & identity design Awareness of real estate, lifestyle, and luxury branding Knowledge of digital marketing ad creatives (high-conversion designs for Meta, Google, Taboola, etc.)
