Responsibilities

• Design a wide range of visual content including social media graphics, digital ads, brochures, presentations, infographics, and website assets.
• Edit, produce, and optimize video content for marketing campaigns, social media platforms, training materials, and promotional activities.
• Develop motion graphics and simple animations to enhance video storytelling and brand messaging.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions aligned with business goals.
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative deliverables while incorporating fresh and innovative design and video ideas.
• Translate creative briefs into effective visual concepts that resonate with target audiences.
• Adapt and repurpose graphics and videos for multiple platforms and formats (desktop, mobile, print, social).
• Prepare final design and video files for production and publishing, ensuring technical accuracy and quality.
• Stay updated with design, video editing, and motion trends, continuously improving creative output.
• Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• A strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing projects across digital and print media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, composition, and storytelling principles.
• Experience producing and editing short-form video content tailored for social media and digital campaigns.
• Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines.
