We are seeking a versatile professional who can handle both creative design and operational management. This unique role combines graphic design with inventory management, courier dispatch, billing, and online order processing. The ideal candidate should be comfortable switching between creative tasks and day-to-day operational responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design:
Design product labels, marketing materials, packaging, and social media creatives.
Collaborate with sales/marketing teams to deliver engaging visuals for campaigns.
Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs.
Inventory & Billing:
Manage stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records using ALIGN Books.
Conduct regular stock audits, reconciliations, and generate MIS reports.
Process online orders, generate invoices, and manage billing compliance (GST, credit/debit notes, etc.).
Coordinate courier dispatch and track timely deliveries.
Support smooth coordination between design, operations, and sales teams.
Requirements
Proven graphic design skills (portfolio required).
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDRAW.
Hands-on experience with ALIGN Books (mandatory) or other inventory/billing software.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
Experience in e-commerce or retail operations.
