Graphic Designer

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of brand assets, packaging, digital creatives, and campaigns

• Translate brand strategy into visually compelling concepts for both digital and print media

• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to deliver high-impact visuals

• Oversee and review design work from junior designers, providing feedback and guidance

• Manage multiple projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and brand consistency

• Develop and refine packaging designs that balance creativity with practicality for production

• Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and consumer engagement styles relevant to D2C brands

• Utilize AI tools responsibly to support design processes and efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field

• 3–4 years of professional experience in graphic design (D2C, FMCG, or consumer products preferred)

• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital marketing assets

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Figma/Canva knowledge a plus



• Ability to balance creativity with commercial requirements

• Basic knowledge of print production, packaging materials, and execution

• Leadership qualities — ability to mentor juniors and manage workloads effectively

• Familiarity with ethical AI design practices and practical hands-on experience using AI tools
