Graphic Designer

Seeking an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented, self-starter to be a key contributor in building an iconic Digital Brand Services Agency. The incumbent will be a skilled full stack web developer fluent in designing high performance, responsive and scalable websites.

▪ Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive communication design

▪ Be in sync with current design trends around the globe. Should have the ability to translate ideas into tangible design concepts.

▪ Meeting clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job

▪ Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time

▪ Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managers

▪ Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches and working on layouts ready for print

▪ Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists.

▪ Monitoring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns

▪ Envision & Design aesthetically pleasing web pages in line with UI/UX principles

▪ Keep abreast of latest developments in UI/ UX, SEO, Web Design and development principles and educate peers through informal and formal discussions.

▪ Make recommendations for improvements in workflows, reporting and pitches of all web development projects.

Who You Are

Competency

▪ The candidate should be proficient with CorelDraw, Photoshop, AI and InDesign.

▪ Prior experience in an Advertising agency is desirable

▪ Degree in Applied Arts, Communication Design

▪ Familiar with and passionate about brand and design principles to collaborate with specialists in the development of all assets.
