The Role (Ownership > Hand-holding)

What You’ll Do

• Static Ads:

   Ship high-converting static ads for Meta/Instagram/YouTube; deliver 

  3–5 variations per concept

   with crisp hierarchy.

• Packaging & Dielines:

   Create shelf-worthy packaging; export print-ready files + premium mockups.

• Mockups Library:

   Build a reusable library (product, lifestyle, UGC frames) for fast iteration.

• Design Systems:

   Define and maintain 

  type scale, font pairings, spacing grid, color tokens

  , export specs.

• Colorways & Variants:

   Create consistent creatives and mockups across 

  all product options

  —including 

  Banana

   and additional color/material variants—with clear naming and file organization.

• Advanced Moodboards (Mandatory):

   Produce 

  strategic, annotated moodboards

   (visual territories, competitor swipes, palette & type trials, composition studies) using Figma/Milanote/PureRef. Moodboards must justify choices and map directly to testable ad directions.

• Asset Handoffs:

   Deliver layered, organized source files (AI/PSD) + exports and usage notes.

AI-First Design (Mandatory)

• Confident with 

  Adobe Firefly / Photoshop Generative Fill

   and at least one of 

  Midjourney / SDXL / DALL·E

  .
• Provide 

  prompts + seeds/settings

   with each delivery; maintain a shared 

  prompt library

   (for reproducible results).
• Use AI for concept moodboards, background plates, product/lifestyle composites, and cleanup.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years

   in graphic design (agency/brand preferred) with portfolio covering 

  ads + packaging + mockups

  .

• Typography mastery

   (choose fonts/pairings, set a type scale, size text confidently).

• Advanced moodboard creation

   with clear rationale and direct translation into creative directions.
• Proven 

  layout & hierarchy

   chops (grid discipline, contrast, scannability).
• Tools: 

  Illustrator & Photoshop (must)

  ; 

  After Effects/Figma (nice to have)

  .
• Speed without sloppiness (kerning, spacing, exports on point).

Not a Fit If…

• You need direction on 

  which font/size/spacing

   for every design.
• You struggle to produce 

  3–5 strong variations

   from a one-line brief.
• You can’t build 

  advanced, annotated moodboards

   that lead to clear design directions.
• You avoid AI tools or can’t iterate on prompts effectively.

Success Metrics (KPIs)

• Creative Pass Rate:

   % approved without major rework.

• Turnaround:

   Concepts in 

  24–48 hrs

  ; finals 

  same/next day

   post-feedback.

• Performance Lift:

   CTR / thumb-stop vs. prior benchmarks.

• Systemization:

   Reusable templates + 

  prompt library v1

   by week 3.

• Consistency:

   Cohesive type scale, spacing grid, and color usage across variants (incl.

   and others).
