Educate employees about company policies, SOPs, and sales processes. Conduct refresher training regularly to maintain standardization. 3. Performance & Evaluation: Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, quizzes, and practical demonstrations. Maintain records of attendance, performance, and feedback. Coordinate with managers to track post-training improvements. 4. Coordination & Reporting: Work closely with department heads to align training with business goals. Prepare monthly training reports and suggest improvements. Support HR in employee engagement and development initiatives.
