Job Description

1. Training Design & Delivery:

Identify training needs through observation, feedback, and performance reports.
Develop customized training modules for sales, product knowledge, grooming, and customer service.
Conduct induction training for new joiners.
Deliver soft skills, communication, and behavioral training sessions.

2. Product & Process Training:

Train showroom staff on jewelry types, stones, metals, purity, and design concepts.
Educate employees about company policies, SOPs, and sales processes.
Conduct refresher training regularly to maintain standardization.

3. Performance & Evaluation:

Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, quizzes, and practical demonstrations.
Maintain records of attendance, performance, and feedback.
Coordinate with managers to track post-training improvements.

4. Coordination & Reporting:

Work closely with department heads to align training with business goals.
Prepare monthly training reports and suggest improvements.
Support HR in employee engagement and development initiatives.
