Designers

What You’ll Do

• Support in adapting and resizing existing designs across multiple formats
• Create and maintain design systems, templates, and layouts on Figma
• Collaborate with post-production and marketing teams to deliver assets efficiently
• Translate creative briefs into high-quality visuals for web, social, and video applications
• Work on Thumbnail creations as per creative brief
• Implement feedback accurately and on time, maintaining brand consistency
• Experiment with

  automation and AI tools

  (if experienced) to streamline workflows
• Uphold Creator Engine’s culture of

  Clarity, Ownership, Alignment, Care, and Future Readiness

  in day-to-day work

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of design experience in a creative, digital, or post-production environment
• Strong skills in

  Figma

  (component systems, auto-layout, prototypes, etc.)
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator)
• Experience with

  workflow automation or AI design tools

  (optional but valued)
• A strong sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and adaptability
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to take feedback constructively
• Passion for visual storytelling, social media, and creative innovation
