Graphic Designer

Job Role: 

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can conceptualize and execute visually stunning designs for a diverse range of materials. This includes crafting engaging graphics for internal office events, compelling social media content, marketing collateral, emailer, consistent branding materials, and video presentations.  

The designer will partner with the internal marketing team, people (HR) team, product, and other teams to understand project briefs, delivering high-quality designs that not only meet their specific needs but also reinforce brand identity across all platforms.  

This role requires adept project management skills, including prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines, all while staying current with the latest design trends and software.  

Key Responsibilities:  

 Design Execution: 

• Generate innovative design concepts based on project briefs. 
• Create and oversee the development of captivating graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various materials, including:  
• People engagement team emailers 
• Marketing materials (print and digital) 
• Video Presentations 
• PowerPoint presentations 
• Edit and optimize existing internal and public-facing mailers for design and user experience. 
• Ensure all designs adhere to CBRE global brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all platforms. 
• Prepare and oversee the delivery of print-ready files, managing color profiles and resolution. 

Collaboration & Communication: 

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and people (HR) teams and other stakeholders to understand project objectives and incorporate feedback. 
• Ensure email designs align with strategic objectives of the campaign. 

Technical Skills & Project Management: 

• Utilize advanced graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma). 
• Organize and manage design files, ensuring accessibility and version control. 
• Manage multiple mailer design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines. 
• Organize and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely delivery of all projects and email campaigns. 

Professional Development: Stay updated on design trends and technologies to enhance personal and team skills. 

 Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior designers, fostering a high standard of design quality and creativity. 

Key Requirement:  

• Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience preferred.  
• Creative Leadership: Proven ability to lead creative brainstorming sessions, guide a design team, and drive successful project outcomes. Experience working with branding guidelines and maintaining consistency across diverse design elements.  
• Creative Flair & Visual Acumen:  
• A keen eye for aesthetics and detail, with the ability to guide the team towards a unified vision.  
• Strong creative flair and attention to detail. 
• Expertise in selecting and using fonts effectively, including knowledge of advanced typography techniques. 
• In-depth knowledge of color theory and its impact on design. 
• Experience creating PowerPoint and video presentations. 
• Motion design experience is a plus for creating engaging email animations and video presentations. 
• Communication & Collaboration: Effective communication and collaboration skills to understand and convey design concepts to a broader team.  
• Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Ability to adapt to evolving design trends and brand preferences, guiding the team through these changes. Creative problem-solving skills to address design challenges and lead the team in finding solutions.  
• Time Management & Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead a team in doing the same.
