About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic & Video Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging graphics, videos, and branding assets that align with our company’s identity and marketing goals. Key Responsibilities

• Design creative visuals, graphics, and layouts for digital (websites, social media, ads) and print (brochures, packaging, presentations).
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent use of visual identity across all platforms.
• Create branding materials including logos, infographics, brochures, banners, and other marketing collaterals.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to conceptualize and deliver impactful design solutions.
• Edit and produce video content for campaigns, product promotions, advertisements, and events.
• Design and animate motion graphics using Adobe After Effects or equivalent tools.
• Optimize graphics and videos for social media platforms and multi-device compatibility.
• Keep up-to-date with latest design trends, video editing techniques, and emerging tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, branding, and video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Knowledge of motion graphics tools (Adobe After Effects or similar).
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design principles.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience with 3D design or animation tools (Blender, Cinema 4D).
• Basic understanding of UI/UX design and tools like Figma.
• Familiarity with photography, videography, or sound editing.
• Knowledge of social media trends and platform-specific optimization (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
