Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer with 1+ years of experience to join our fast-growing SaaS marketing team. You'll be responsible for creating compelling visual content that drives lead generation, enhances brand storytelling, and supports our product marketing initiatives across digital channels.

This role is perfect for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a direct impact on business growth through visual communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Core Design Functions

• Marketing Collaterals

  : Design blog banners, social media carousels, LinkedIn ad creatives, email headers, and campaign assets

• Visual Storytelling

  : Create engaging illustrations and infographics that translate complex SaaS concepts into digestible visuals

• Website Assets

  : Develop hero illustrations, product mockups, landing page graphics, and conversion-focused design elements

• Sales Enablement

  : Design presentation templates, one-pagers, case study PDFs, and event marketing materials

• Brand Consistency

  : Maintain and implement brand guidelines across all marketing touchpoints

Creative Development

• Illustrations

  : Create custom illustrations for blogs, whitepapers, and marketing campaigns

• Creative Campaigns

  : Develop visual concepts for product launches, feature announcements, and promotional campaigns

• Content Marketing

  : Design gated content assets, e-books, and lead magnets

Collaboration & Process

• Work closely with marketing, product marketing, and development teams for seamless asset handoff
• Participate in agile sprint planning and deliver assets within tight deadlines
• Iterate designs based on performance data and stakeholder feedback
• Maintain organized file structures and design systems in Figma

Requirements:

• 1+ years

  of graphic design experience, preferably in SaaS, B2B, or tech environments
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work with measurable impact
• Proficiency in visual storytelling and translating complex ideas into clear, compelling graphics
• Understanding of conversion-focused design principles and marketing funnels
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Technical Skills:

• Proficient

  : Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Canva & similar design tools

• Bonus skills

  : Lottie animations, motion graphics, micro-animations
• Strong typography and color theory knowledge
• Grid-based layout design and visual hierarchy
• Brand guideline adherence and consistency

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills for asynchronous collaboration
• Ability to accept feedback and iterate quickly
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
• Growth mindset and eagerness to learn new tools/techniques
