A high-growth B2B SaaS organisation focused on product marketing, digital customer experiences, and go-to-market storytelling. We build product-led marketing assets and campaigns for US and global enterprise audiences—shaping how the product and brand look, move and convert across web, social, events and sales channels. We are hiring a full-time Graphic Designer based in Bangalore to be the creative engine for marketing, product and sales enablement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create high-quality visual and motion assets at scale: social posts, ads, explainer animations, product visuals, pitch decks, ebooks and short-form video edits.
- Design and optimise marketing web pages and landing pages (feature pages, comparison pages) for clarity, UX and conversion in collaboration with marketing and web teams.
- Act as brand guardian—apply, maintain and evolve brand guidelines to keep visuals fresh, consistent and memorable across touchpoints.
- Support integrated campaigns and sales enablement—produce assets for newsletters, events, podcasts, demos and sales collateral with fast turnaround.
- Use motion design and video-editing tools (After Effects/Premiere/Lottie) plus AI and automation tools to accelerate creative output without sacrificing quality.
- Measure creative performance, run visual A/B tests, iterate on designs and communicate impact to Product, Sales and Marketing stakeholders; work in-office 3pm-midnight IST to overlap with US teams.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 2-4 years of hands-on design experience—ideally at a US-focused B2B SaaS company or fast-paced startup, with a strong, recent portfolio featuring motion graphics, digital design and brand work.
- Expert-level Figma plus proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; strong motion skills with After Effects and basic video-editing (Premiere or equivalent).
- Proven ability to produce high-volume, high-quality assets quickly; strong attention to detail and ownership mindset—self-starter who requires minimal supervision.
- Excellent English communication (written and spoken) and proven experience collaborating across time zones; available to work 3pm-midnight IST in-office.
Preferred
- Experience designing landing pages or familiarity with basic HTML/CSS and UX principles; exposure to design systems and implementation-ready assets.
- Familiarity with AI design tools, Lottie/interactive motion, video optimization for social, and working with cross-functional GTM teams.
