1. Introduction and Role Summary

Mid-Level Digital Designer

2. Key Responsibilities

The Digital Designer will be responsible for the full design lifecycle, from concept to execution, for a variety of digital projects:

• Design & Production:

• Design and produce a wide array of digital assets, including 

  social media graphics

  , 

  website banners

  , 

  landing page mockups

  , 

  email templates

  , 

  presentations

  , and other marketing collateral.
• Create 

  motion graphics

   or simple animations for digital channels (a plus).

• Prototyping & UX/UI Support:

• Develop high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes using 

  Figma

   for user testing and development handover.
• Collaborate with the Product/Development teams to ensure design feasibility and technical implementation.

• Brand Consistency:

• Ensure all visual outputs strictly adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints.

• Tool Utilization & Innovation:

• Expertly utilize 

  Canva

   for rapid creation of internal and external-facing communications.
• Actively explore and implement 

  AI-based design tools

   (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar) to generate concepts, refine images, and accelerate production workflows.

• Collaboration & Feedback:

• Participate in design critiques, present work to stakeholders, and iterate designs based on constructive feedback.

3. Required Qualifications and Experience

3.1. Essential Experience

• 2-3 years of proven professional experience

   in digital design, graphic design, or a similar role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital work across different platforms and demonstrating aesthetic judgment.

3.2. Technical Expertise (Must-Haves)

• Expert proficiency

   in 

  Figma

   for UI/UX design, prototyping, and design system management.

• High proficiency

   in 

  Canva

   for efficient content creation and templating.
• Practical experience and knowledge of incorporating 

  AI-based design tools

   into the creative workflow.
• Solid command of the 

  Adobe Creative Suite

   (Photoshop, Illustrator) for image manipulation and vector graphics.
• Understanding of design principles for web and mobile platforms (responsive design, accessibility).

3.3. Soft Skills

• Excellent communication

   and presentation skills.
• Strong 

  time management

   and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• A 

  proactive mindset

   and willingness to stay current with design trends and new technology.
