Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy:

    • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns to promote our products/services.
    • Optimize content for the website and all social media platforms.
    • Track and analyze website traffic flow, providing regular internal reports.

  • Social Media Engagement:

    • Manage and oversee the company's social media channels.
    • Develop strategies to increase follower base and enhance audience engagement.
    • Create and schedule posts that align with the brand voice and marketing goals.
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and comments on social media.

  • Content Creation:

    • Develop high-quality, engaging content for various digital platforms (blogs, newsletters, social media).
    • Collaborate with the design team to produce visuals that complement content.
    • Ensure content is SEO-friendly and optimized for engagement.

  • B2B Sales Support:

    • Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns to support B2B sales initiatives.
    • Develop content and materials tailored for B2B audiences (case studies, white papers, sales decks).
    • Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns in driving B2B leads and conversions.

  • Analytics and Reporting:

    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns.
    • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others to track campaign performance.
    • Make data-driven decisions to improve future campaigns.

  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
    • Collaborate with external vendors and partners as necessary.

  • Develop High-Quality, Engaging Content:

    You'll be responsible for creating diverse content types for various digital platforms. This includes writing insightful

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in documenting business and technical requirements using standard tools.
  • Practical experience in Digital marketing/business development procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including adeptness in delivering constructive feedback.
  • Effective organizational skills and familiarity with goal-setting methodologies.
  • Evidence of skill in data visualization and understanding of support metrics.
  • Understanding of fundamental business metrics and their relationship with support operations.
  • Problem-solving acumen to devise impactful strategies for enhancing support quality.
