Job Title: Graphic Designer Location: Patna, Saran Experience Level: Mid-Level Reporting To: Chief Creative Officer – Brand Experience Required: 4+ years (Graphic design studio or DTP house experience) Job Summary: We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in Mastichak . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both print and digital design , a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Design a wide range of visual assets including logos, packaging, print campaigns, banners, posters, and other materials for print and digital platforms Understand project briefs and deliver creative solutions aligned with brand and campaign goals Collaborate with team members to ensure timely execution of design tasks Maintain high attention to detail, layout precision, and color accuracy, especially for print Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality Continuously learn and explore new design trends and tools Education & Skills: Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design from a reputed institute Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW Good understanding of printing processes and color reproduction Ability to take ownership, communicate clearly, and work both independently and within a team Must know Hindi typing and have an interest in exploring various Hindi typefaces Show more Show less
