Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Designer with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, excellent visual storytelling skills, and a passion for creating visually engaging content. You will be responsible for producing high-quality designs for digital and print media, working closely with the marketing and content teams to bring creative ideas to life. Key Responsibilities: Design Creation: Develop eye-catching visuals, including logos, social media graphics, website banners, presentations, brochures, and other marketing materials. Ensure that all designs align with the companys brand guidelines and communicate the intended message effectively. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand project objectives and create designs that meet business needs. Collaborate with content creators, developers, and other departments to create cohesive and impactful designs. Concept Development: Translate creative briefs into visual concepts that effectively communicate the desired message to the target audience. Generate fresh ideas and approaches to visual content, contributing to brainstorming sessions for campaigns and projects. Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in design elements across all materials, ensuring adherence to the companys branding guidelines. Revise and update existing designs as needed to ensure they remain current and relevant. Digital & Print Media: Design for a range of media formats including web, social media, email, print, and video. Prepare files for print production and work with vendors as needed. Time Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of designs while maintaining a high level of quality. Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks based on project timelines and urgency. Key Qualifications: Education: Bachelor s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing a range of creative work. Design Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other design tools. Creativity: Strong creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail, color, typography, and layout. Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate design ideas and collaborate with team members effectively. Adaptability: Ability to adapt designs to various formats and media, staying up-to-date with current design trends and techniques. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to find innovative solutions to design challenges. Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
