Role Overview We are seeking a creative and forward-thinking Graphic Designer who is not just an expert in design fundamentals but also proficient in using modern AI design tools to enhance productivity and creativity. If you also have experience with Motion Graphic Design, that s a strong plus! Key Responsibilities Design compelling graphics for digital and print media (Thumbnails, Social media, Presentations, Marketing Materials, etc.) Work closely with the Content and marketing teams to deliver high-quality visual assets aligned with brand guidelines Utilize AI-powered design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, etc.) to generate ideas, automate tasks, or enhance design workflows Stay updated with the latest trends in design, branding, and AI tools Collaborating on video editing projects on motion graphics will be an advantage Maintain consistency of visual output across various projects Requirements Proven experience (2+ years) as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role Proficiency in standard design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, Canva, or Figma Working knowledge of AI-based design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, DALL E, Midjourney, Runway, etc.) Basic to intermediate skills in software like Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred but not mandatory) Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work Good understanding of typography, layout, and color theory Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines Nice to Have Motion graphics skills (After Effects, etc.) Knowledge of branding and marketing concepts
