Position Overview: Graphic Designer

Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design digital and print materials including, but not limited to, social media graphics, advertisements, web assets, marketing collateral, branding elements, and UI components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as content, marketing, and development to deliver cohesive and high-impact visual solutions.
• Translate project briefs and client requirements into visually appealing and brand-consistent designs.
• Develop and maintain brand identities, ensuring consistency across all client and in-house design projects.
• Adapt designs across different formats, platforms, and screen sizes with attention to quality and responsiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh and effective design approaches.
• Participate in feedback sessions and revise designs based on internal and client input.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong, diverse portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with tools like Figma, Canva, or Sketch is a plus.
• Solid understanding of layout design, color theory, typography, and brand communication.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.
• Preferred: Experience in motion graphics, animation, or UI/UX design.
