About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Sales Operations Executive to manage and support our growing offline business in both General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels. This role will be crucial in driving operational excellence across our partnerships with major offline retailers in global markets such as the USA, UK, Canada, and others . The candidate will own the end-to-end coordination of sales operations from onboarding and KYC to receivables tracking, agreement compliance, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and regularly update the Customer Master database for GT & MT channels. Facilitate onboarding of new customers , including complete documentation and KYC compliance . Coordinate and manage customer credit terms in alignment with internal policies and agreements. Ensure smooth billing processes , coordinating with finance, and ensuring accuracy. Track and record variable spends (trade schemes, discounts, incentives), ensuring they are within agreed terms. Calculate and verify commissions for agents, partners, and distributors. Follow up diligently on receivables to ensure timely collections and accurate reconciliations. Review retailer/distributor agreements , identify critical clauses, and ensure compliance . Track landing page performance, bounce rates, and product page conversions. 3. Retention & Lifecycle Marketing Own email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing using tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar. Set up automated flows for welcome, cart recovery, post-purchase, and win-back campaigns. Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and revenue attribution from retention channels. Work closely with customer support to align messaging with feedback loops. 4. Reporting & Insights Build and maintain marketing dashboards (Google Sheets, Data Studio, or similar) for real-time campaign tracking. Analyze weekly and monthly performance across all paid and owned channels. Identify trends, drop-offs, and opportunities to scale efficiently. Share actionable insights with leadership and cross-functional teams. Requirements: 24 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally for D2C/ecommerce brands. Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Shopify CMS. Strong grasp of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Pixel, etc.). Familiarity with email/SMS tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and dashboard tools (Data Studio, Supermetrics, etc.). Creative thinking paired with a data-first mindset. Self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills.
